Our turbot comes from a fish farm in Spain committed to responsible farming methods.
Just as its cousins, plaice and sole, turbot is a bottom-living fish with a refined and delicate flesh.

DEFROSTING

Leave the product in its original packaging and place it in the refrigerator for 48 hours between 2 and 4°C. It is ready to cook or keep it refrigerated for 24 hours after thawing.
