Our cod is line-caught in the deep icy waters off Iceland according to the very strict specifications required to meet the demands of the MSC label. This ultra-selective fishing method guarantees both respect for our product and its high quality. This cold-water fish has a delicate lean flesh and nice mild flavour.
Characterisitics of our Cod back portion :
- Weight per pack: 120-150g, skinless
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for long term storage (until expiry date mentioned on the pack) or store in your fridge (in the original packaging) for a consumption within 2-3 days.
- Defrosting instructions: Remove the vacuum sealed pack from the carton and place it into a bowl of cold water. Soak for 10-15 minus or until completely thawed.
