Our black cod is caught in the glacial waters of the North West Pacific, following strict specifications. It is line-caught at a depth of over 1500 meters. This respectful fishing technique guarantees the quality of the product and meets all the criteria of the MSC certification and the authorised quota during the fishing period. Also known as "butterfish" and sablefish, this rich white-flesh fish will offer you a moist texture and nutty flavour.

- Size of the pack: L58 x W22cm
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until the expiry date mentionned on the pack or Keep refrigerated for 24 hours before consumption
- Serve: 6 - fillet 0,8-1,2kg
