DESCRIPTION

Our black cod is caught in the glacial waters of the North West Pacific, following strict specifications. It is line-caught at a depth of over 1500 meters. This respectful fishing technique guarantees the quality of the product and meets all the criteria of the MSC certification and the authorised quota during the fishing period.

DEFROSTING

Leave the product in its original packaging and place it in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours between 2 and 4°C. It is ready to eat and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours after thawing for maximum freshness.
