DESCRIPTION

A fish that is closely related to cod and every bit as sublime as its cousin. Often used for fish & chips, it can withstand any type of cooking. But above all, with its refined delicate flesh, it deeply resents being overcooked. Its name sometimes causes confusion in French when it is only known as “haddock” after having been smoked.

DEFROSTING

Remove the sleeve but leave the product in its original packaging and place it in cold water for about 5 to 8 minutes. It is ready to eat and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours after thawing for maximum freshness.
