Our Salmon Bass (also named meagre or Stone Bass) is raised on the Mediterranean coast near Valence with total respect for both the environment and animal welfare. Fed with a natural diet, free from any genetically modified organisms, this ASC certified fish will offer you a firm and tasty flesh closed to Seabass.
Characterics of our Salmon Bass fillet:
- Variable weight per pack: 0,6-1kg
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for long term storage (until expiry date mentioned on the pack) or store in your fridge (in the original packaging) for a consumption within 2-3 days.
- Defrosting instructions: Keep the fillets into its orignal vacuum-sealed pack and leave it in your fridge until completely thawed (around 24 hours).
Oven:Cook the whole salmon bass fillet in the over at 180°c for 15-20 minutes with your favourite seasoning (herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper)
BBQ: Cook the whole fish in aluminium foil on the BBQ for 15-20 minutes
