Our European blue lobster is the fruit of artisanal fishing methods using lobster pots at a depth of less than 50 metres. Renowned for the blue colour of its shell, it is also very much appreciated for its exquisite, delicately-flavoured flesh.
Characterics of our European Blue Lobster Meat:
- Average weight/box = 1kg, 5 pcs of >190g each - individually packaged,
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for long term storage (until expiry date mentioned on the pack) or store in your fridge (in the original packaging) for a consumption within 2-3 days.
- Defrosting instructions: Keep the lobster into its orignal vacuum-sealed pack and leave it in your fridge until completely thawed. You can also defrost it in a cold water bath for 15 minutes.
Butter poach: Try butter Poach and let the meat cook for 4-6 minutes.
