Our European blue lobster is the fruit of artisanal fishing methods using lobster pots at a depth of less than 50 meters. Renowned for the blue color of its shell, it is also very much appreciated for its exquisite, delicately-flavored flesh.
Characteristics of our European Blue Lobster Meat:
- Average weight per box: 1kg, 5 pcs per pack
- Box Content: European Blue Lobster Tail and Claw Meat
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for long term storage (until expiry date mentioned on the pack) or store in your fridge (in the original packaging) for a consumption within 2-3 days.
- Defrosting instructions: Keep the lobster into its original vacuum-sealed pack and leave it in your fridge until completely thawed. You can also defrost it in a cold water bath for 15 minutes.
