    This classic French sauce is an emulsion of half-salted butter and a reduction of white wine and shallots, enrich with cream. It really does go well with just about anything, salmon, white fish but also vegetable!
    • Serve: 4 portions x 50gr - 1 portion of 50g for 1 
    • Preparation: Place the sauce bags still frozen in simmering water and let heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Open the bag and pour into a container. Homogenize the sauce by stirring it with a spoon. It's ready!
    • Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until the expiry date mentionned on the pack or Keep refrigerated for 24 hours
