Orders

All orders will be taken, and payment processed only from our website. Any order which is confirmed and paid may not be cancelled.

Order the day before delivery, according to your delivery zone, by 15:00 AT THE LATEST.

You can place an order with or without an account. Provided information is understood to be complete and correct at time of registration.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details from our online system. A whatsapp or email will be sent to reconfirm the delivery date. Time slot will be confirmed the working day before delivery. 

Variable weight orders. All our products have different weights and product weight can vary between +/- 10%.

Deliveries

Customer must make sure that someone is always available at the delivery address during the time slot allocated for delivery.

If no-one’s home during the scheduled delivery time, the delivery will be rescheduled and would occur an extra charge of HK$150.

At the time of delivery, the customer or someone on his behalf MUST inspect the goods and sign the order. If someone at the delivery address other than the customer signs for the goods; we would assume this person is authorized by the customer to do so.

We will not leave the box(es) in front of customer’s door without someone to sign the order except if we receive the written consent prior to the delivery. We decline responsibility for defrost and lose of freshness for Goods, neither for lost, stolen Goods.

If you are unable to take delivery of the order,  please send us your request the working day (from Monday to Saturday 11am) prior to delivery by email at order@qwehli.hk or WhatsApp 5125 7240.

Delivery will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Warning Signal is hoisted.

Delivery vehicles must be able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivery address.

Damaged/missing items

It is the responsibility of customer to check that goods are received in good order. If there is any damage to product(s) or missing item(s), this will have to be reported to Qwehli team on the same day by email at order@qwehli.hk or whatsapp 5125 7240 with details and attached photos as  proof. 

Privacy policy

All the information that you will provide us will remain private and protected.  We only keep them to process your orders and deliver your goods and we keep them secure

- Your email will be used to send you confirmation of your order and payment and we might use it in order to contact you about your order or your delivery.
-  Your name and full address will be used to identify and locate you at the time of the delivery.
-  Your telephone number or mobile phone number can be used to give you information about your delivery slot, your order or your delivery.
- We will keep record of this information so you don't need to re-enter them every time you want to place an order on this web site.
- You will be able to see and amend the information you have provided to us at any time by checking your account on this web site.
