Delivery

IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?

We offer FREE DELIVERY for order > HK$1200*. Available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Check our DELIVERY SCHEDULE for more details.

HK$150 delivery fees if order below HK$599.
HK$95 delivery fees if order between HK$600 and HK$1199.

*Minimum order is HK$2000 for Discovery Bay

No delivery in Lantau (except Discovery Bay), Ma Wan, Lamma and other outlying islands.

Please place your order the day before delivery, by 15:00 AT THE LATEST.

ARE YOUR TRUCK REFRIGERATED?

Yes, our trucks are refrigerated and your order will come under temperature control.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?  

If you are not home we will email or call you to re-schedule the delivery. Kindly note that the new delivery will be at your expense. If you're agree we can also drop your order at your door or concierge. However, there are no ice packs inside the carton so your seafood might defrost quickly.

WHAT IS SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD?

Sustainable seafood is seafood that is caught or farmed (also called aquaculture) with minimal environmental and social impacts. When done correctly, sustainable seafood sourcing ensures the long-term health and stability of that species, as well as the greater marine ecosystem. Choosing sustainable seafood is also a commitment to future generations.

WHERE IS YOUR SEAFOOD FROM?

Our seafood is carefully selected by our team of expexts, mainly from France and European countries! All the products arrive "fresh" in our plant in France and are processed, packaged and frozen there.

WHAT DOES SASHIMI GRADE MEAN?

It is commonly accepted and recommended that to consume raw seafood, fish like salmon should be frozen for at least 7 days at -20°c. This is exactly what we do with our frozen technologies. Most of the bacteria are killed during the freezing process thus safe to eat raw, in tartare, ceviche or shashimi.
In addition, our products undergo regular bacteriological analyzes and strict quality controls to ensure they respect all the sanitary regulations.

WHAT IS MSC CERTIFIED SEAFOOD?

Wild, traceable, sustainable: the MSC -Marine Stewardship Council- label is only applied to wild fish or seafood from fisheries that have been certified to the MSC Fisheries Standard, a science-based set of requirements for sustainable fishing.

This means:

  • Controlling the stock of fish in the ocean
  • Respecting habitats
  • Ensuring people who depend on fishing can maintain their livelihoods

WHAT IS ASC CERTIFIED SEAFOOD?

The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) manages standards for responsible aquaculture. Products bearing the ASC label come from fish farms that have met these standards. The on-pack label demonstrates to consumers that their seafood comes from farms that limit their impacts on the environment and the community.

Conservation & defrosting

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY SEAFOOD? 

Once you receive your products , you can keep them in the freezer for several months. Check the best before date.
If you want to consume them the same day or the day after delivery, you can keep the product in your refrigerator.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SERVING SIZES FOR FISH?

The standard serving for fish is around 150g.
