Break eggs into a deep plate and whisk them into an omelet. Pour the flour into another deep plate. Roll each piece of whiting in the eggs and then the flour. Chef’s advice: Repeat this operation 2 times.
In a frying pan, heat a little butter and oil over low heat and fry the pieces 2-3 minutes each side. Add parsley, salt, pepper and lemon.
Taste right away with homemade mayonnaise or a tartar sauce!
