CRISPY “FISH & CHIPS” OF WHITING

Ingredients

  • Qwehli® Whiting fillets
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Instuctions

  1. Cut the whiting fillets into 4-5 pieces.
  2. Break eggs into a deep plate and whisk them into an omelet.
    Pour the flour into another deep plate. Roll each piece of whiting in the eggs and then the flour.
    Chef’s advice: Repeat this operation 2 times.
  3. In a frying pan, heat a little butter and oil over low heat and fry the pieces 2-3 minutes each side. Add parsley, salt, pepper and lemon.
  4. Taste right away with homemade mayonnaise or a tartar sauce!
