Our seabass comes from a fish farm, fully committed to an environmental approach to farming that reduces the impacts of its activity to a minimum. Raised in the open sea off the Del Azahar coast in Spain, it is guaranteed free from both antibiotics and pesticides. This fine fish with a firm delicate flesh is particularly appreciated for its very low level of fat.
