Japanese wild Hamachi (or Yellowtail ) Fillet ~800g
Extremely popular in Japan, it’s native to that country’s coast and is line caught in the colder months when the fish have a higher fat content. It can be eaten raw or cooked and is juicy, flavorful, and tender either way.
Characteristics of our Hamachi:
Average weight per pack: ~ 800g, skin on, "contain bones"
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C for long-term storage (until the expiry date mentioned on the pack) or store in your fridge (in the original packaging) for consumption within 2-3 days.
Defrosting Instructions: Remove the vacuum pack and place it into cold water. Soak until completely thawed.
