An exceptional 1200 ha site north of the Zambezi River
Freshness, incomparable crunchiness, length in the mouth, the black Qwehli from Mozambique has kept all its wild essence. Vast ponds dug on an exceptional 1200 ha site north of the Zambezi River allow the shrimp to grow at their own pace as if they were in the open sea. The Qwehli farm’s breeding protocol is the result of 7 years of research and development to provide a product with no antibiotics, no pesticides and no colouring.
