Our fish are easy and quick to defrost in cold water and ready-to-cook! Our individual portions are ideal for a last minute dinner whether you are single, in couple or even for your little ones.
How to defrost our seafood products?
COLD WATER THAWING (RECOMMENDED)
- Step 1:
Small portions/fillets: Remove the carton but keep the product into its original pack during the thawing process.
Shrimps: Just pick the number of shrimps you want to
defrost from the box. - Step 2: Immerse the product(s) in a cold water bath (max 15°c) until
complete thawing. Up to 15 minutes for a portion of 150g. - Step 3: It's your turn. Prepare our products like any fresh products, nothing could be simpler! Consume within 1-2 days for maximum freshness after thawing.
- Step 1: Keep the product into its orignal pack and leave it in your refrigerator until complete thawing (around 24 hours for large fillet or whole fish of 1kg). You can use this thawing process for all types of seafood.
- Step 2: It's your turn. Prepare our products like any fresh products, nothing could be simpler! Consume within 2-3 days for maximum freshness after thawing.
