    Our monkfish is caught by Breton fishermen with a firm commitment to sustainable fishing. Guaranteed boneless and without skin, it is skilfully hand-filleted with a unique know-how. Renowned for its firm white fish, monkfish is also appreciated for its refined delicate texture, somewhat different from its image!

    Characteristics of our Monkfish portion:

    • Box of 8 fillets 300-500g, skinless, boneless
      4 vacuum packs x 2 fillets
    • Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C until the expiry date mentionned on the pack or keep refrigerated at +4°C 2-3 days after thawing
    • Serve: 4-5 for 2 fillets

    How to defrost our Monkfish?

    Remove the sleeve but leave the product in its original packaging and place it in water between 15 and 20 °C for about 5 to 8 minutes. It is ready to eat and can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours after thawing for maximum freshness.

    How to cook our Monkfish?

    Roll in shrinkwrap with a drizzle of olive oil to cook sous-vide around 12 minutes at 50°C for a 150g portion). Then sear to colour.
