    Our Mozambique black tiger prawn is bred, raised and frozen to the core in less than 15 minutes at our environmentally Qwehli farm in Mozambique. The magnificent tiger-tripped blue colour of the prawn makes it beautifil raw, just marinated or in tartare! Its firm texture with real bite is suitable for many culinary preparations.

    How to cook the Tiger Prawns?

    Pan-fried tiger prawns: 2-3 minutes each side over medium heat. Discover the recipe.

    Marinated tiger prawns: Shell the shrimp and marinate for 10-15 minutes (with a mix of olive oil, coriander, lime, pepper & salt). Cut then in small pieces for a delicious tartare. Discover the recipe.

    How to defrost the Tiger Prawns?

    Take the number of prawns you wish to eat and place them in a bowl of cold water (between 15 and 20°c) for a 8-10 minutes. Place them on absorbent paper and wipe gently. Keep them refrigerated and consume within 12 hours for maximum freshness.
