Seared Irish Cod with Tomato Pasta

Serves 2

             Qwehli Irish Cod Portions

1              King Oyster Mushroom 

             Pasta Portions

             Bottle of Tomato Sauce

1              Tbsp of olive oil

1              Pinch of black pepper and salt



  1. In a large pot, boil some pasta; add salt to flavor. Minus 2 mins from recommended cook time on packages as we will be stir frying the pasta later-on

  2. Cut the king oyster mushroom into strips. Set aside.

  3. Lightly flour both sides of the cod. Place the floured cod into a hot oiled pan; fry 5 mins on each side or until golden brown. Plate once cooked.

  4. Lightly oil the pan again and put in the king oyster mushroom; Stir fry until soft, then pour in the tomato sauce and pasta; Stir fry

  5. Plate pasta with the cod and serve!




  1. 意粉滾水烚,加鹽。時間係包裝上減2分鐘,因為之後仲要炒。備用

  2. 雞脾菇切絲,備用

  3. 鱈魚兩面上粉,鑊落油,香煎鱈魚

  4. 鑊落油,落雞髀菇絲,炒軟身。落蕃茄醬,再落意粉炒勻

  5. 最後,意粉上碟,鱈魚放旁邊
