Rosemary Lemon Salmon En Papillote

This aromatic, tangy, and delicious salmon recipe is something you wouldn't want to miss. Using a tradition French cooking style, En Papillote (In paper), the fatty salmon meets lemon and rosemary, creating a rich and refreshing taste. Guaranteed excitement for your palette.



Serves 2

             Qwehli Danish Salmon

1/4           Tsp of sea salt

1/2           Lemon

             Grams of rosemary

1              Tbsp of olive oil

1              Pinch of black pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Thaw the salmon thoroughly

  3. Pat dry with paper towel

  4. Gently massage some olive oil onto the salmon, seasoning with sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Place lemon slices and place the salmon on top. Marinate for 15 mins

  5. Wrap everything up with some parchment paper/aluminum foil, bake in oven for 15 mins

  6. Serve!




  1. 將三文魚解凍至軟身

  2. 用水輕輕清洗 再用乾布/廚房紙抹乾

  3. 三文魚搽上橄欖油 海鹽 黑胡椒 香草 ,檸檬切片 鋪底及鋪面 醃15分鐘

  4. 用錫紙包住 焗爐200度 15分鐘 搞掂
