
Rosemary Lemon Salmon En Papillote
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 Qwehli Danish Salmon
1/4 Tsp of sea salt
1/2 Lemon
5 Grams of rosemary
1 Tbsp of olive oil
1 Pinch of black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Thaw the salmon thoroughly

Pat dry with paper towel

Gently massage some olive oil onto the salmon, seasoning with sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Place lemon slices and place the salmon on top. Marinate for 15 mins

Wrap everything up with some parchment paper/aluminum foil, bake in oven for 15 mins
