Pesto Butter Whole Salmon Bass Fillet

Serves 4

             Qwehli Whole Salmon Bass filet

3              Tbsp of Pesto

             Tbsp of softened butter

3              Lemons

1              Pinch of salt and pepper



  1. Pat dry the salmon bass fillet and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Mix together the pesto sauce and softened butter until it forms a smooth paste.

  3. Spread the pesto butter paste all over the fillet, top with lemon slices.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven (180C) for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve and ENJOY!




  1. 抹乾鱸魚後,落少少鹽同黑椒調味

  2. 融合羅勒香蒜醬同牛油直至質地順滑

  3. 將羅勒香蒜牛油醬搽抹至成條鱸魚,面上舖檸檬片

  4. 焗爐預熱至180度後,放入爐魚烘

  5. 上碟
