
Pesto Butter Whole Salmon Bass Fillet

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 Qwehli Whole Salmon Bass filet
3 Tbsp of Pesto
2 Tbsp of softened butter
3 Lemons
1 Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation

Pat dry the salmon bass fillet and season with salt and pepper.

Mix together the pesto sauce and softened butter until it forms a smooth paste.

Spread the pesto butter paste all over the fillet, top with lemon slices.

Bake in a preheated oven (180C) for 15-20 minutes.
