Pan Seared Patagonian Toothfish With Carrot Puree

Serves 4

             Qwehli Patagonian Toothfish portions

             Cup of carrot puree

1              Pinch of salt and pepper



  1. Pat dry the toothfish fillets and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a pan to medium high with oil, place toothfish in skin side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until skin turns golden brown. 

  3. Flip to the other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove the fish from the pan and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Spread a spoonful of carrot puree on a plate, place the toothfish on top and place some roasted veggies on side.

  6. Serve and ENJOY! 




  1. 抹乾鱸魚後,落少少鹽同黑椒調味

  2. 鑊落油加熱至中高火,先煎魚皮面 2-3 分鐘直至金黃

  3. 翻面,煎 3-4 分鐘

  4. 鱸魚鏟起,放置 2-3 分鐘

  5. 碟上淋 1 茶匙甘筍蓉,將鱸魚放置於甘筍蓉上,可加入其他蔬菜配合食用
