Pan-Fried Salmon With Spinach And Mango Sauce

Salmon is one of the most versatile and popular fish dishes, but cooking salmon right is more profound than its popularity. This chef-proved recipe created by the head chef at Bouillon was a delight that would change your salmon game. If you want the same taste and quality of restaurants but don't feel like going out, this recipe is for you!


Serves 2

             Qwehli Salmon Portion / 1 Large Salmon Filet

1              Bunch of spinach 

1/4           Onion, peeled 

1              Tbsp of olive oil

1              Tbsp of butter

1              Pinch of black pepper and salt

2              Cloves of garlic, diced

For Garnish

1              Strand of chive

5              Grams of chopped red onion

2              Olives

For Sauce

1              Mango

1/2           Lemon

1/2           Tsp of olive oil



  1. Heat up olive oil in a hot pan. Put in the salmon pave and cook the skin side first for 3-4 minutes, then cover the pan, lower the heat and sear for an additional 6 mins; Turn the fillet over to cook for another 30 seconds. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Meanwhile, fry up the spinach in a pan with garlic, onions and butter for 2 minutes.

  3. Arrange the salmon on a plate and add chive, red onion and some black olives

For Sauce

Mix together mango, lemon juice and olive oil. Put everything in the blender.




  1. 鑊落油,香煎三文魚;先煎帶皮一面大火煎3至4分鐘,冚蓋小火煎6分鐘后,再煎另一面30秒;上盤后落鹽,黑胡椒

  2. 鑊落油,放入菠菜,蒜頭,洋葱,牛油翻炒2分鐘;將三文魚擺于菠菜上

  3. 將葱花,洋葱碎,橄欖塊舖于三文魚上,擺盤

  4. 完成!


  1. 將芒果塊,檸檬汁,橄欖油加入攪拌機榨汁

  2. 將醬汁淋于三文魚周圍

  3. 完成!
