Olive Oil Sautee Prawns With Garlic And Paprika
20 Black Qwehli Tiger Prawns
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
10 Grams of butter
10 Grams of minced garlic
1/4 Tsp paprika
1 Pinch of salt and pepper
Heat olive oil and a little butter in a pan and cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat, turning them halfway through cooking.
Add the minced garlic, a little paprika, salt and pepper. It's done!
