Olive Oil Sautee Prawns With Garlic And Paprika

This super simple prawn recipe is one of Qwehli's favorite! Created by the head chef at Bouillon, this recipe really focuses on the seafood quality itself. Our Black Qwehli for sure withstands any tests! If you wish to learn about the marinate recipe, click here.
 

Ingredients                                                                                                           

Serves 2

20            Black Qwehli Tiger Prawns

             Tbsp of Olive Oil

10            Grams of butter

10            Grams of minced garlic

1/4           Tsp paprika

1              Pinch of salt and pepper

 

Preparation                                                                                                            

  1. Heat olive oil and a little butter in a pan and cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat, turning them halfway through cooking.

  2. Add the minced garlic, a little paprika, salt and pepper. It's done!

 

 

橄欖油蒜蓉辣椒粉香炒虎蝦                                                                  


做法:

  1. 落橄欖油,牛油;中火煎煮虎蝦2-3分鐘

  2. 加入蒜蓉,辣椒粉,鹽,黑胡椒

  3. 完成!
