Mediterranean Fish Stew

1 Qwehli salmon bass filet
3 Potatoes, diced
3 Pieces of celery, cut into pieces
24 Cherry tomatoes, diced
2 Carrots, cut into pieces
150 ml Baijiu
2 Pinches of salt and pepper
1 Onion, diced
3 Tbsp of minced garlic
2 Cartons of fish stock
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
6 Tbsp of sake
Mix the sake, pepper, and lemon juice; marinate the filets and scallops into the sake mixture.
In a hot pan, fry the celery, carrot, cherry tomatoes, onion, potatoes, and minced garlic; pour in the Baijiu and fry until the aroma oozes out.
Pour in the fish stock, close the lid and cook until potatoes softened.
Add in the marinated filets and scallops; close the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
