Lemon Olive Oil Marinated Prawns With Coriander

This super simple prawn recipe is one of Qwehli's favorite! Created by the head chef at Bouillon, this recipe really focuses on the seafood quality itselves. Our Black Qwehli for sure withstands any tests! If you wish to learn about the sautee recipe, click here.


Serves 2

20            Black Qwehli Tiger Prawns

             Tbsp of Olive Oil

10            Grams of coriander

5              Grams of lemon confit slices

1/2           Lime

1              Pinch of salt and pepper



  1. In a bowl, pour in some olive oil, coriander, lime juice, pepper, salt and mix the ingredient together well. Remove shells from the prawns and marinate them in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Place marinated prawns on a plate, add lemon confit, and enjoy!





  1. 在碗內加入橄欖油,青檸汁,黑胡椒,鹽;攪拌成醬汁

  2. 虎蝦去殼後,放入醬汁內醃製10-15分鐘

  3. 擺盤,完成!
