
Garlic Butter Baked Blue Lobster With Mozzarella
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 Qwehli European Blue Lobster Tail
1/4 Tsp of Salt
1/4 Cups of melted butter
1 Tsp of minced garlic
1 Piece of Mozzarella cheese slice
1 Pinch of black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Thaw the lobster thoroughly.

Briefly run the lobster through water; dry it with a paper towel, then season with some salt.

Mince some garlic and mix it with some melted butter. Mix well.

Fully season the lobster with garlic butter by brushing the sauce onto the lobster.

Place the lobster in the oven and bake for 15 mins. Cut the Mozzarella cheese slice in halves and place one half on each lobster tail on the last 2 mins.

將龍蝦解凍至軟身

用水輕輕清洗外殼 印乾 灑上少少鹽

蒜蓉切粒 加入牛油 鹽 攪勻

龍蝦塗上蒜蓉牛油 焗爐200度 15分鐘 搞掂

*如果氣炸鍋 200度12分鐘就得 (最後2分鐘加上芝士)
