
Fresh Salmon Tartare
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 Qwehli Salmon portions
2 Tbsp lemon juice
5 Grams of chopped chive
1 Tbsp of capers
5 Grams of chopped dry shallots
1 Tbsp of mustard
3-4 Drops of Tabasco
2 Tbsp of olive oil
1 Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the tartare aromatics.
2. Remove the skin and cut small dices of salmon. Add the diced salmon to the aromatic mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Adjust the seasoning if necessary..
3. You can decorate each tartare with salmon roe. Serve immediately
4. Serve and enjoy!
