One of our most popular seafood products, the red carabineros has a refined iodine taste which makes it so easy to create delicious dishes with it by lightly seasoning. This recipe, created by 3 Michelin-Star chef Pascal Barbot, who's also a long time friend of Qwehli's, is easy to make but delicious guaranteed.


Serves 2

10           Qwehli Red Carabineros XXL

1              Green mango

1              Green apple

1              Cucumber

1              Bunch of coriander

1              Bunch of mint

100          Grams of chopped peanuts

10            Grams of olive oil



1. Cut mango, apple, and cucumber into cubes.

2. Chop up the coriander and mint.

3. Deshell the prawns and chop into small cubes; In a bowl, mix all ingredient together.

4. Serve and enjoy!




  1. 將芒果,蘋果,青瓜切塊備用

  2. 切備芫茜,薄荷

  3. 紅蝦去殼,切至肉塊後,將所有食材混合拌勻

  4. 上盤完成!
