Creamy Seared Patagonian Toothfish With Spinach

Ingredients                                                                                           

Serves 4

             Qwehli Patagonian Toothfish portions

             Bund of spinach

20            Grams of cherry tomatoes

1/2           Cup of milk 

15            Grams of butter

            Grams of minced garlic

1/3           Of onion, diced

            Pinch of salt and pepper

 

Preparation                                                                                           

  1. Pat dry the toothfish fillets and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a pan to medium high with oil, place toothfish in skin side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until skin turns golden brown. 

  3. Flip to the other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove the fish from the pan and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.

  5. In another pan, fry up the minced garlic and diced onion, add in cherry tomatoes and season with a bit of salt and pepper; add in spinach, milk, and the toothfish, cook for 3 mins

  6. Serve and ENJOY!

  1. 用紙巾拍乾南極魚,用鹽和黑胡椒調味,煎熟,盛出備用

  2. 鍋中放一塊牛油,炒香蒜末和洋蔥粒,加入番茄仔,撒少少鹽和黑胡椒調味,加入菠菜,倒入牛奶,將南極魚放入醬汁煮3分鐘即成
